REGISTRATION      [top]

To register, please tear off and complete the form to the right. You may register two children on one form. Return the form with the registration fee as a deposit or with the full payment. If you leave a deposit, the balance will be due on the first day of class. You will not receive a confirmation. Your child will be enrolled in your first choice class unless you are notified otherwise. You may mail us the form or drop it off in person. Please call first to check office hours.

Once your child is registered, his/her spot is held for the entire school year as long as payments are made by the Priority Payment Deadlines. You will received a notice reminding you when these deadlines approach. If you do not turn in your payment by this deadline, your child will be automatically withdrawn from the program and will lose his/her class space. All deadlines are marked on the calendar on pages 7 and 8.

MISSED CLASSES      [top]

We believe that allowing a student to participate in a class that he/she is not regularly enrolled in is disruptive to the program. When a child makes up a class, he/she will most likely have different instructors. This means that the new instructors will not know the child’s name or skill level. Student to teacher ratios are also disrupted by allowing makeups. This is not fair to the students who are regularly enrolled in the class, because it is their class time that is being infringed upon. For these reasons, we do not allow make-ups.

CLOTHING     [top]

Please be sure your child is dressed appropriately for classes. Girls should wear a leotard or bodysuit, however tight fitting shirts & shorts are also acceptable. Tights with stirrup feet are optional. No jewelry may be worn, and long hair should be tied off the face. Boys should wear tight fitting shirts & shorts. No loose or baggy clothing please, as it may catch on the equipment. Socks are optional for boys and girls, but bare feet are less
slippery on the equipment.

REGISTRATION FEE      [top]

A $25.00 registration fee, or $40.00 family fee, is due at the time of registration. This fee is good for one full year from the date of registration. If you withdraw your child from classes at the end of an eight week session, but return before the year is up, you will not owe an additional registration fee.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY      [top]

All registration fees are non-refundable. If you register for a class but become unable to attend, please request a refund before the session begins and your tuition will be refunded minus a $10.00 administrative fee. After a session begins, refunds will not be given unless there are circumstances which prevent the student from participating (i.e., serious injury or illness)..

OBSERVATION      [top]

We feel that it is extremely important to maintain an open relationship with all of our parents. Allowing parents to view classes helps this to happen. Also, children feel good about themselves when their parents can see their accomplishments. For these reasons, we invite parents to watch as many classes as they choose in our TWO brand new parent viewing areas.
