Registration
To register for classes or camps please create a parent portal account with us https://app.iclasspro.com/portal/n0rth3rn and sign up online! contact our office at 585-265-4740. We do not hold spots without payment. You can make payments over the phone, Via Parent portal or in person during our office hours. Please come 5 minutes early to your first class.

Makeup Class Policy
At Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics, we strive to provide a safe, structured, and consistent learning environment for every athlete. For this reason, we do not offer makeup classes for missed days within a session.
Please review the reasons behind this policy:
1. Class Sizes & Ratios
Our classes are intentionally kept full to maintain a strict student-to-coach ratio. This is essential for both safety and effective instruction. Allowing additional students into another class for a makeup would exceed our capacity and compromise the experience for enrolled athletes.
2. Athlete Safety
Safety is our top priority. Coaches work with the same group of students throughout each session so they can learn each child’s skill level, tumbling style, strengths, and areas of need. Introducing additional athletes into a class disrupts this continuity and increases the risk of injury.
3. Consistency in Coaching
Consistent coaching allows students to progress more effectively. Coaches plan each lesson based on the specific athletes in their group. Makeups would interrupt class flow, create unpredictability, and reduce the quality of instruction for everyone.
While we understand that absences are sometimes unavoidable, maintaining this policy helps us ensure a safe, high-quality, and structured program for all participants.
Class Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds or credits.
Camp Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds or credits.
If you need to switch your enrollment of summer camp, you can switch to a different week in the same year, as long as there is still room in the week that you would like.
Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. Credits that are present on an account expire after one year. No refunds are issued.
Observation
All of our classes are always open to anyone to watch! WiFi is available. In order to insure the safety of all the students at camp, parents are welcome to observe 15 minute after camp drop off time or 15 minutes before pick up time, but can not stay longer during camp hours.
Clothing
Any type of athletic clothes are acceptable. No jewelry and long hair should be tied back. Socks are optional, but it is better to go barefoot. Students in the Ninja Warrior classes will need to bring sneakers to every class and be prepared with outside clothing.
Weather Policy
Northern Hemisphere almost never closes due to weather conditions. If you choose not to come to class or camp because of the weather and we remain open, you will not receive any refunds or credits.
Behavior Policy
Classes and camps at Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics are very structured. All students must be able to follow directions from all coaches at Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics. Students must play well with others. Anyone that is negatively impacting the experience for other students will not be able to participate in any programs.
