To register for classes or camps please contact our office at 585-265-4740. We do not hold spots without payment. You can make payments over the phone or in person during our office hours. Please come 5 minutes early to your first class.
Once your child is registered for classes, you will receive the opportunity to continue into the next session before it is offered to new students, as long as payment is made by the priority deadline.
We do not offer make up classes
Missed Private Lessons
If a student can not attend his/her private lesson, the office must be notified one hour in advance. If the office is not notified ahead of time then you will be charged a $16 fee for the coaches time. In the case of a semi-private lesson, if only one student shows up, then they will be charged the higher rate for a private lesson.
Class Cancellation Policy
Once the session has begun, there are no refunds or credits. In order to be eligible for any type of credit or refund, you must notify our office a week before the start date. All anniversary fees are non-refundable. After a session begins, credits (not refunds) will only be given if there is a serious injury or illness with a doctors note.
All refunds will be charged a $25 administration fee.
Camp Cancellation Policy
In order to receive any type of credit or refund for dropping out of any camp, you must notify the office a week before the start date.
If you need to switch your enrollment of summer camp, you can switch to a different week in the same year, as long as there is still room in the week that you would like. Payment for summer camps can not be transferred to a different year. If you are dropping out of summer camp before May 1st you will receive a full credit on your families account at the gym. Anyone dropping out in May will have a $30 drop out fee per spot. Anyone dropping out in June will have a $50 drop out fee per spot. Anyone dropping out July 1st or later will have a $60 drop out fee per spot.
All refunds will be charged an additional $25 administration fee.
All of our classes are always open to anyone to watch! WiFi is available. In order to insure the safety of all the students at camp, parents are welcome to observe 15 minute after camp drop off time or 15 minutes before pick up time, but can not stay longer during camp hours.
Any type of athletic clothes are acceptable. No jewelry and long hair should be tied back. Socks are optional, but it is better to go barefoot. Students in the Ninja Warrior classes will need to bring sneakers to every class and be prepared with outside clothing.
Northern Hemisphere almost never closes due to weather conditions. If you choose not to come to class or camp because of the weather and we remain open, you will not receive any refunds or credits.
Classes and camps at Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics are very structured. All students must be able to follow directions from all coaches at Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics. Students must play well with others. Anyone that is negatively impacting the experience for other students will not be able to participate in any programs.
